How it starts
No long sales process. It's the same ticket flow as a home repair, with a walkthrough first.

You tell me how the office runs today: who has accounts, where files live, what's been breaking.
- Written plan
I send a short list of what I'd fix first, the one-time setup price, and the monthly price.
- Setup
Nothing changes until you approve it. Then I fix the urgent items and document how everything is set up.
- Monthly
Ongoing admin and help when something goes wrong, from someone who already knows your setup.
