The quote form

When you send the quote form, the details you type (name, email, town, device and message) are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. I use them only to reply to you about your repair. If you choose the email option instead, your own email app sends the message.

Analytics

If analytics are turned on, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. I see totals like "how many people opened the rates page," not who you are.

Your theme setting

If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the next page matches. It never leaves your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address to keep the service running and secure.

Your files during a repair

Your files stay on your device. I only open what the repair needs, nothing is copied off your machine, and nothing is kept after the job is done.
